About Me
Second-year Computer Science student at the University of Liverpool, passionate about low-latency algorithmic systems, high-performance computing, and applied mathematics. I tinker with FPGAs for fun and ship dependable software with a systems mindset.
I have loved software engineering for over a decade. What started as curiosity became a constant pull to understand how things work and turn ideas into real, functioning systems. Writing code feels like exploration, creativity, and problem-solving all at once.
That passion has shaped every opportunity I have and began me gravitating toward challenging environments where learning never stops and responsibility comes early. Outside of work and university, I spend my free time experimenting with hardware and low-level systems, breaking things and rebuilding them better (mostly breaking things). For me, software engineering is something I have grown with for years and intend to keep growing into for the rest of my life.
Experience Highlights
Professional & Research Track
- Interned at BAE SYSTEMS where I engineered C++ AI vision tooling, built a custom neural network, and introduced a universal debugger to speed up fault analysis.
- Worked on MiDAS autonomy systems during summer break, developing mission-critical software aligned to UK MoD models.
- Recieved a NandLand Go FPGA for Christmas, in which I'm beginning to experiment with Verilog.
